Es netegen i trossegen les carxofes en quatre trossos. Les\u00a0 faves i el p\u00e8sols<strong>\u00a0 <\/strong>ja pelats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3: <\/strong>En una cassola de ferro\u00a0 es posa l\u2019oli i es fa un sofregit, a foc lent, amb els tomacons i els alls, es sala una mica. A mig coure el sofregit s\u2019afegeixen les carxofes, faves i p\u00e8sols i una mica de sal. Es tapa i es deixa coure a foc lent.
