Es tapa i es deixa coure a foc lent.<\/p>\n<p>Quan est\u00e0 cuita la verdura es tira l\u2019arr\u00f2s, l\u2019aigua (per un cullerot d\u2019arr\u00f2s tres d\u2019aigua) i una mica m\u00e9s de sal. Es deixa coure uns 20 minuts.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019ha de vigilar que no es quedi sense aigua sin\u00f3 s\u2019aferrar\u00e0.
