La collita es realitza de manera progressiva i el moment de fer-la se sap per la longitud de les fulles, quan cal extreure&#8217;n una part o b\u00e9 la planta sencera.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Atributs i propietats nutricionals:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les seves fulles s\u00f3n una magn\u00edfica font d&#8217;\u00e0cid f\u00f2lic (o vitamina B9), molt recomanada durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s, i tamb\u00e9 de potassi i magnesi, sals minerals relacionades amb el bon funcionament de l&#8217;activitat muscular.
